NEW HIRE ORIENTATION

At Miller & Long we take pride in our Safety Program and recognize the importance of safety training. The first step for all of our employees in their career in the concrete industry is the Safety Orientation. All employees receive a two hour introduction to Miller & Long and are informed of important company safety policies and procedures.

ANNUAL SAFETY AWARENESS

Safety awareness and hazard recognition are integral aspects of our Safety Program. After 90 days of employment, employees receive additional safety awareness training specific to their trade. Annual Safety Awareness Training also provides an opportunity to update employees on the ever-evolving Miller & Long Safety Program and how it serves to protect them on the jobsite.
